HTA Security provides culturally competent, non-intimidating security for faith communities and educational institutions across Indiana. We don't just guard — we belong.
A house of worship or a faith-based school is not a warehouse. Our officers understand this — and everything about how they operate reflects it.
Our officers blend into the community. No aggressive posture, no law enforcement identity — just a calm, professional presence that worshippers and students can trust.
Every officer assigned to a faith community is screened for cultural awareness and sensitivity to that community's values, practices, and schedules.
Communication is the primary tool. Our faith and school officers are trained to resolve tension before it becomes a threat — working with leadership, not around them.
HTA officers work alongside faith leaders, school administrators, and community coordinators — attending safety meetings, building relationships, and helping develop risk mitigation plans.
Trained to identify threats early, monitor access points discreetly, and respond swiftly — without disrupting the sacred environment.
Officers serving faith communities receive ongoing cultural briefings, community-specific training, and regular check-ins with community leadership.
A specialized, community-embedded security role at Eman Schools in Fishers, Indiana. This is not a School Resource Officer. This is something more intentional.
The Eman Schools Safety Officer protects and serves the school community as a trusted member of it — not as an outside authority figure. They work alongside administration to identify and mitigate risk, build safety culture, and be a calm, familiar presence that students, families, and staff genuinely trust.
No law enforcement identity or authority. This officer's power comes from trust, relationship, and presence — not a badge or jurisdiction.

A face families recognize and trust. Accessible, approachable, and consistent — someone the community feels comfortable coming to with concerns.
